Most of us don't like the metro UI introduced to us by Windows 8 and long to get our hands back on the Windows 7 interface. Also, some (including me) are just avid modders who like to astonish friends with our skill of giving modified looks to our system. (Who doesn't like the moment when your friends are jealous of ya? :p) Anyways, whatever be the reason, let's get to the point without any further delay...
4. Download and open WindowsAerov14.zip and run the two registry files in the Required folder.
5. Copy the theme files in the Themes folder, and paste them in C:/Windows/Resources/Themes.
6. Right-click on desktop and click Personalize and click on your desired theme in Installed Themes section to apply the theme.

- Time and patience
Here are the steps...
1. Download and install UltraUXThemePatcher, and, of course, patch the system files and reboot.
3. Download and install OldNew Explorer. Reboot if needed.
4. Download and open WindowsAerov14.zip and run the two registry files in the Required folder.
